Revocation policy and special right of termination

Right of revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

In the case of a service contract, the revocation period shall be fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

According to German civil law, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts that were concluded on business premises. In the case of a language course booking made on the premises of the Creative language school using a signed registration form, there is no right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must provide your (Franziska Matteis Sprachschule Creative, Dachauer Str. 4, 80335 München, phone number: 087054659955, e-mail: kontakt@sprachschule-creative.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent via mail, fax or e-mail) regarding your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form, but it shall not be mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than any additional charges arising from your choosing a different method of delivery from the lowest standard delivery rate offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, and in no event will you be charged for this refund.

If you have requested that the services be commenced during the revocation period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already rendered by the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of revocation in respect of this contract, compared to the total scope of the services stipulated in the contract.

If a course participant is unable to attend one or more lesson dates, he is not entitled to another date or a partial refund of the course fee. The change of teacher does not entail a claim for reimbursement or a special right of termination. If the language course ends prematurely and a previously agreed installment payment is made, this loses its validity and all installments are due immediately.
